Once you export as FBX it's no longer there though. If you do any of those, you are going against the law and can be sued.ġ) How can Autodesk know if we've used a student version? Right, the saves have a little 'You're using a student version of Maya' when you open them. Using a student version of Maya is only for learning the program - you cannot share your projects publicly, you cannot sell, etc. I've been doing some digging since this topic intrigues me.
